EXTRAS

• Extra Adult: INR  1,800 and Child: INR 900 per night with mattress inclusive of breakfast.
• Rates are subjected to 6.18% Govt. Service Tax.

PEAK SEASON EXTRAS

• Minimum 4-nights stay between 15th December 2012 - 15th January 2013
• Compulsory New Year Supplement at Rs 4000+10.3% GST per person inclusive of dinner, for kids price is Rs 2000+10.3% GST. Dinner will be offered at Barefoot at Havelock (Main Resort)

CHILD & INFANT POLICY

• Infants and children below the age of 5 years will be complimentary on the adult meal plan without any extra mattress and will be charged for Govt ferry/Makruzz tickets only. For extra mattress child rates apply.
• Children between 5 – 12 years will be charged as per the child rates.
• Children above 12 years or third adult will be charged as per extra adult rates.

ROOM OCCUPANCY POLICY

• Max. 3 adults (or) 2 adults + 2 children. Max. 1 extra mattress.

FOOD

• All meals will be served at the main restaurant located at Barefoot at Hevelock, which is 300 meters away from the tented village.
• Guests can choose from either fixed price meals or order from a selected menu. Fixed price meals are a choice of Indian vegetarian or non-vegetarian thali (plated meal). Menu choices range from European, Indian, and seafood specials.

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT TIME & DAY USE ROOMS

• Check in time is 1200 hrs and check-out is 1100 hrs. Early check-in & late check-out subject to availability.
• Guaranteed day use between 1100-1600 hrs will be charged at 50% of published tariff, subject to availability.
• Guaranteed late check-out beyond 1600 hrs will be charged one nights’ room rate.

PORT BLAIR AIRPORT – RESORT TRANSFERS – RETURN TRANSFERS – CAR & BOAT

• USING GOVERNMENT FERRY SERVICE / CAR - Port Blair Airport – Barefoot at Havelock – Port Blair Airport.
• 0600 hrs & 1400 hrs daily ferry departure from Port Blair to Havelock.
• JOIN-IN GOVERNMENT FERRY SERVICE: INR 2,500 per person with 2 persons or more sharing. Single traveller INR 3,500 per person.
• TRANSFERS BY MV MAKRUZZ: INR 3,200 per person with 2 persons or more sharing. Single traveller INR 4,000 per person.
• One way Govt ferry return Makruzz: INR 2,850 per person.
• Peak period charge on Makruzz between 15 Dec - 15 Jan Rs.100 per person

(Govt ferry takes 2.5 hrs & MV Makruzz takes 1.5 hrs, sailing is subject to weather conditions. When using Govt ferry / MV Makruzz, a 1-night stay in Port Blair on your return from Havelock is mandatory, as Havelock-Port Blair ferries do not connect with departing flights on the same day)

• PRIVATE BOAT CHARTER / CAR – Direct same day airport departure and arrival service. Flexible daylight departures to Havelock. Duration 1 - 1 & 1/2 hrs hours. Maximum 8 persons. Service not operated between May 1st to September 30th each year. Full boat price: INR 35,000 one-way. INR 70,000 round-trip.
• All ferry and boat transfers subject to weather conditions, sea conditions, sailing permits, Department of Shipping schedules. Barefoot at Havelock is not liable for any loss due to change in schedule or non availability of seats.
• All road transfers will be by non-air conditioned vehicles.

PAYMENTS & CANCELLATION POLICY

• Payments may be made by VISA and Mastercard. Payments may also be made by wire transfer to our bank account in Port Blair.
• For cancellations received 30 days or more – 100% refund; 15 days or more – 50% refund; less than 15 days in advance of arrival – no refund
• No refund for cancellations on bookings from 15th December 2012 - 15th January 2013.
• No refunds for unused nights or early check-out.
• In case of cancellation of Govt. ferry service, the following is offered:
  • Port Blair - Havelock: Equivalent hotel in Port Blair in lieu of 1st night at resort.
  • Havelock - Port Blair: 50% discount on room-rate only at resort.

GROUP CANCELLATION POLICY

• Any block consisting of more than 03 rooms for 05 nights or more will be considered as a group block and the group cancellation policy will apply.
• For cancellations received 45 days or more: 95% refund, 30 days or more - 50% refund, less than 30 days no refund.
  Note: A 5% cancellation charge will be applied on the total value of the group block if cancelled after payment and confirmation.

BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS

• Bookings will be held provisionally up to a pre-specified cut-off date after which they will be released unless full payment is received. Bookings confirmed only after 100% payment in advance.
