Cancellation Policy

  • Confirmed bookings may be amended, postponed, or cancelled only if written notice is received at least 30 days prior to the check-in date, and are subject to availability.
  • Cancellations made within 30 days of check-in will incur 100% retention of the booking value. No amendments or postponements will be permitted.
  • No refund will be applicable in case of a no-show, unused nights, or early check-out.
  • The period from 20th December to 5th January is considered non-cancellable and non-refundable.


Force Majeure

 
  • In case of cancellations due to force majeure events (e.g., government-mandated lockdowns or closures), bookings will be rescheduled to a future date.


Refund Processing

 
  • Any eligible refunds will be subject to a 5% deduction towards bank charges, payment gateway fees, and administrative costs.


Ferry / Flight Disruptions

 
  • No refunds will be provided for room bookings in case of flight or ferry cancellations.
  • If transfers are booked through Barefoot at Havelock and ferry services are disrupted:
    • Port Blair → Havelock cancellation: A hotel stay in Port Blair will be arranged instead of the lost night at the resort.
    • Havelock → Port Blair cancellation: A 50% discount on the room rate will be offered for additional nights at Barefoot at Havelock, subject to availability.
  • If transfers are not booked through us, no refunds or compensation will be provided for unused nights due to ferry disruptions.
