The Swimming Elephant is our main restaurant. Its cooking leans on what these islands actually grow. The range runs wider than the setting suggests: Indian, Oriental, Continental, and Italian, on a single à la carte menu. Our menu is built around organically grown ingredients, creating what our kitchen calls ‘syncretic local cuisine’.
Our produce comes from farmers and fishers on the island, keeping the ingredients close to where they are grown, caught, and brought to the kitchen.
